The process will follow these steps:
Initial briefing to be conducted (via conference call or in person) to gather information about the company and its industry. The client's specific needs will also be discussed, objectives will be defined, as well as the contents of the corporate identity. Any examples of competitor corporate identities selected by the client will be reviewed to better understand their expectations and preferences.
Creation of a document that outlines the essential points of the briefing: objectives, messages, formats, specific needs, etc.
Sending the briefing document for approval by the client.
Study and acquisition of information related to the industry and investigation of the specific graphic trends being used.
Collection of all materials provided by the client: contact information, logo, references, and any previous work files. All materials will be archived and organized to facilitate the layout of content in the various elements of the corporate identity.
Once the information to be used is defined, the project will be conceptualized. After approval, the graphic materials will be created.
Presentation of the proposal (via conference call or in person). Estimated time: 2 weeks from the initial briefing.
Creation and presentation of any additional revisions. Expected delivery within 3 days of the revision request.
Final version definition and client approval.
Delivery of materials in PDF or other formats according to specific needs.

Certainly. Our graphic designers will prepare the print-ready files, which will be delivered to you once the work is completed. Even though we won’t be printing the various paper elements, we will need confirmation of the "Visto si stampi" document before delivering the print files. This document confirms that the client has reviewed the final version of each corporate identity element and releases the agency from any printing errors or issues with the delivered files.
Normally, document folders are made in a closed A4 or A5 format. They may have an internal pocket that can feature a slot to hold business cards. This pocket helps organize the documents, and depending on how many documents are to be inserted, the thickness of the spine can range from 1 mm to 12 mm. The paper weight typically ranges from 350 g to 450 g, and recycled cardboard with FSC certification can also be used. To make the folder more elegant, finishing touches are often applied, referred to as "nobilitazioni" in technical terms. These finishes typically appear on the front of the folder and involve applying films in gold or silver, matte black or white, to an embossed area. Another type of finishing involves the embossing of graphic patterns. In most cases, the print is done in 4-color CMYK.
