Enterprise Corporate Brochure

An initial briefing to be held (via conference call or in person) in which information related to the company and its industry will be gathered. The client's specific needs will also be heard, objectives will be defined, key messages, the format, and brochure content will be discussed, and any brochure examples from selected competitors provided by the client will be reviewed to better understand their expectations and preferences.

Creation of a document that summarizes the key points of the briefing: objectives, messages, formats, specific needs, etc.

Sending the briefing document to the client for approval.

Study and acquisition of information related to the industry and analysis of the specific graphic trends being used.

Analysis of competitor commercial materials, identifying styles, characteristics, and trends. Creation of a specific report.

Production of a report highlighting the graphic and communication strategies adopted by major competitors.

Creation of a morphological matrix that will help examine in detail every element of the brochure, the client's needs, the materials provided, any additional materials to be researched, down to the smallest detail, so that we can have a complete picture to find the best graphic and structural solutions to assist us in creating the brochure.

Creation of a mind map that, through a well-defined branching structure, will highlight all the elements that make up the structure of the brochure.

Once the structure is defined, followed by the creation of the layout, we proceed with studying and selecting the type of brochure, fonts, and colors, ultimately leading to the definition of the graphic layout. The 3 proposals will then be developed.

Presentation of the competitor analysis report and the 3 proposals (via conference call or in person). Estimated time: 4 weeks from the initial briefing.

Creation and presentation of any additional revisions. Delivery is expected within 1 week following the revision request.

Definition of the final version and its approval by the client.

Sending the brochure in PDF format or other formats according to specific needs.

Preparation of files for printing, web version, and any other specific needs.

Provision of work files in InDesign.
