The first step includes an initial briefing (to be held via conference call or in person) where information about the company, its industry, and the trade show it plans to attend will be collected. The client’s specific needs will be discussed, objectives will be defined, the intended message outlined, and the most suitable plan will be chosen.

A document will be drafted summarizing the key points from the briefing: objectives, messages, specific needs, positioning, etc.

The briefing document will be sent to the client for approval.

At this stage, all relevant information about the company’s industry and the trade show will be analyzed. A competitor analysis will also be conducted to understand how others plan to promote themselves at the event and to determine the best strategic direction.

After the industry and competitor research, a report will be compiled with all the gathered information.

All materials will be collected from the company in order to study and evaluate every detail, and to determine the best approach for marketing and communication strategies.

Once all materials are acquired and the brand positioning is clear, the design of the graphic layout and related visual materials will begin.

The final concept will be presented to the client.

Execution and presentation of any additional revisions.

Finalization and client approval of the definitive trade show booth design.

Preparation of working files based on the specifications provided by the booth contractor.

Submission of the production files as requested by the contractor.
