Processing steps

The process will follow these steps:

  1. Initial briefing (via conference call or in person) during which information about the company and its sector will be gathered. The client's specific needs and goals will also be discussed, along with any app examples provided to understand their expectations and preferences.

  2. Creation of a document summarizing the key points from the briefing.

  3. Submission of the briefing document to the client for approval.

  4. Research and acquisition of information related to the sector, including an analysis of specific graphic design trends.

  5. Delivery of the company’s graphic materials (logo and brand image), photographs, and text content for potential use in the App.

  6. Review of the texts and optimization of the photos provided by the client.

  7. Design of the App architecture and workflow. Estimated timeline is approximately two weeks after receiving all graphic, photographic, and text materials from the client.

  8. Presentation of the App architecture and workflow, discussion, and any necessary modifications.

  9. Possible revisions to the App structure upon client request.

  10. Signed approval of the App architecture and workflow by the client. Any changes or updates to the structure after approval will incur additional costs of 20%–50% if the development process has already started.

  11. Design and development of the graphic layout for all pages of the App with related content.

  12. Presentation of the full graphic proposal (via conference call or in person). Estimated timeline is 2 weeks after receiving all required content from the client.

  13. Signed approval of the full graphic layout by the client. Any changes or updates to the App structure after approval will incur additional costs up to 50% if development has already started.

  14. Development of the interface and implementation of all App pages with their content.

  15. Installation of the Big-box platform and development of the App interface and structural components.

  16. Standard compliance of the App with GDPR (privacy and cookies).

  17. A testing phase is conducted prior to publishing the app to ensure all functions work correctly and no bugs are present.

  18. Sharing of the demo version of the website to verify all pages and functions, and for final confirmation.

  19. Signed approval of the App demo version by the client.

  20. Optional installation of a single-domain SSL certificate (service not included in the App development cost).

  21. Activation of the hosting service on a Windows Server (service not included in the App development cost).

  22. Launch of the Web App. Once the site is online, any structural or content modifications will be quoted separately.

  23. Initial training on how to use the App's backend management system. Includes 4 hours of remote training with screen sharing conducted by an Agency representative.

  24. Once the site is online, a 6-month technical support service will be activated to resolve any bugs or malfunctions reported by the client. Structural updates or changes to the App are not included and will be quoted separately.

A web app is a software application that runs in a browser and can be used from any device with Internet access. Web apps are often used to deliver services such as e-commerce, social media, and entertainment.
The functioning of a web app is simple. When a user accesses a web app, the web browser sends a request to the web server hosting the app. The web server then processes the request and sends a response back to the browser. The response may be an HTML document, an image, an audio file, or another type of file. The web browser then displays the response to the user.
The structure of a web app may vary depending on its features. However, most web apps share some common components, such as:
HTML: HTML is the markup language used to create the structure of a web app.
CSS: CSS is the styling language used to modify the appearance of a web app.
JavaScript: JavaScript is a programming language used to add interactivity to a web app.
Database: A database is used to store the data used by a web app.
Web apps are a popular form of software because they are easy to use and develop. They can be accessed from any device with Internet access, making them an ideal choice for companies looking to reach a global audience.

The main differences between a web app and a native app:
Development: Web apps are easier to develop than native apps because they can be built using web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Native apps, on the other hand, must be developed using a platform-specific programming language such as Java for Android or Swift for iOS.
Performance: Native apps are generally faster and more responsive than web apps. This is because native apps are compiled for a specific platform, whereas web apps run in the browser and must be interpreted by the browser.
Data usage: Web apps generally use less data than native apps. This is because web apps do not need to download and install resources such as images, videos, and audio files.
Offline availability: Native apps can be used even without an Internet connection. Web apps, on the other hand, can only be used when a connection is available.

In general, native apps offer a better user experience than web apps. However, web apps are easier to develop and maintain. The best type of app for a company depends on its specific needs.

The main advantages of a web app are:
Ease of development and maintenance: Web apps are easier to develop and maintain than native apps because they can be created using web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Native apps, on the other hand, must be developed using platform-specific programming languages such as Java for Android or Swift for iOS.
Accessibility: Web apps can be used from any device with Internet access. This makes them an ideal choice for companies looking to reach a global audience. Some web apps can even be used without an Internet connection, which is useful for users in rural areas or those with limited data plans.
Automatic updates: Web apps are updated automatically, meaning users do not have to manually download and install updates. This simplifies the maintenance of web apps and ensures that users always have the latest version. Reduced data usage: Web apps generally consume less data than native apps because they don’t need to download and install resources like images, videos, and audio files.

Overall, web apps offer a range of advantages over native apps. They are easier to develop and maintain, accessible from any device with Internet access, and use less data.
