Processing steps

The process will follow these steps:

  1. Initial briefing, conducted via Zoom or phone, to define social media marketing objectives.

  2. Study and acquisition of information related to the reference sector, analysis of specific social media trends, and study of consumer behaviors and preferences.

  3. Creation of 3 social media profiles or optimization of 3 existing profiles.

  4. Setup of the business account to carry out various marketing activities on social media, including budget management.

  5. Planning and creation of the editorial calendar in which the themes and methods for social media content are decided. The plan must be approved and confirmed by the client at least one month before publication.

  6. Creation of text and graphics for the content previously agreed upon with the client in the editorial calendar.

  7. Production of photographic shoots or videos for the content previously agreed upon with the client in the editorial calendar.

  8. Optimization of photographic material provided by the client, as well as editing and post-production of any videos.

  9. Creation of posts, also visible within the editorial calendar shared with clients for their approval (monthly activity).

  10. Publication of posts twice a week on the 3 selected social platforms.

  11. Monitoring and measurement of sponsored content and management of the invested budget.

  12. Creation and delivery of a quarterly report on the progress and performance of the social media marketing efforts.
