Processing steps
The process will follow these steps:
The initial briefing (to be conducted via conference call or in person) where the client's specific needs and objectives will be collected, and potential options will be discussed to fully understand the client's expectations.
Creation of a document outlining the key points from the briefing.
Sending the briefing document for client approval.
Study and analysis of the workflow for the new functionalities using the morphological matrix and mind map.
Defining the estimated time required for the development of the new functionality.
Presentation of the implementation project, including the relevant workflow, discussion, and any modifications (via conference call or in person).
Client’s signed approval of the implementation specifications. Any changes or updates to the workflow or features of the implementation, once approved, will incur additional costs, ranging from 20% to 50%, once the development phase has started.
Development and management of new functionalities on the Big-Box platform.
A testing phase will be initiated before publishing the implementation project to ensure that all functions work correctly and that there are no bugs.
Sharing the demo version to verify the new features and final confirmation.
Client's signed approval of the demo version of the implementation project.
Going live with the new functionalities. Once the new functionalities are online, any modifications to the implementation project will be quoted on a cost basis.
Initial training on using the backend of the new functions. 2 hours of remote training will be provided by an agency representative via screen sharing.
Once the site is live, technical support will be provided for 6 months, including the resolution of any bugs or malfunctions identified by the client regarding the implementation project. Any updates or changes to the implementation project are not included in the technical support and will be quoted separately.
