Processing steps
The process will follow these steps:
An initial briefing (via conference call or in person) where information about the company and its industry will be gathered. The client’s specific needs will be discussed, objectives and messages to convey will be defined, the brochure format and content will be reviewed, and any examples of competitor brochures selected by the client will be evaluated to better understand expectations and preferences.
Creation of a document outlining the key points of the briefing: objectives, messages, formats, specific needs, etc.
Sending the briefing document to the client for review and approval.
Study and acquisition of information related to the industry, along with an investigation into specific graphic trends used.
Analysis of competitors’ marketing materials to identify styles, characteristics, and trends. A specific report will be created.
Production of a report highlighting the graphic and communication strategies adopted by major competitors.
Creation of a morphological matrix to help us examine every detail of the brochure, the client’s needs, provided materials, any additional material to be researched, and every detail to have a complete picture in order to find the best graphic and structural solutions for creating the Company Profile.
Creation of a mind map that, through a well-defined tree structure, highlights all the elements that make up the structure of the Company Profile.
Once the structure is defined and the layout draft is created, the type of Company Profile, fonts, and colors will be selected, leading to the finalization of the graphic layout. Proposals will be created and, if necessary, revised, up to a maximum of 3.
Presentation of the competitor analysis report and the first proposal (via conference call or in person). Estimated timeline: 4 weeks from the initial briefing.
Creation and presentation of any additional revisions. Expected delivery within 1 week following the revision request.
Definition of the final version and client approval.
Delivery of the brochure in PDF format or other formats based on specific needs.
Preparation of files for possible printing, web version, and other requirements.
Delivery of working files in INDD (InDesign) format.
