Premium Company Profile

Initial briefing to be conducted (via conference call or in person) to gather information about the company and its relevant industry. The client’s specific needs will also be discussed and gathered, including objectives, messages to be conveyed, and format. Textual and photographic content to be used in the Company Profile will be reviewed. The main topics to be covered will be established, and any examples of structures and graphic layouts used by competitors selected by the client will be reviewed to better understand their expectations and preferences.

Creation of a document summarizing the key points of the briefing: objectives, messages, formats, specific needs, etc.

Sending the briefing document for client review and approval.

Study and acquisition of information regarding the industry, including an investigation into the specific graphic trends used.

Study and analysis of Company Profile competitors.

Creation of a mind map that, through a well-defined hierarchy, highlights all the elements that will make up the structure of the Company Profile.

Once the structure is defined, followed by the creation of the layout draft, the type of Company Profile, fonts, and colors will be selected, leading to the definition of the graphic layout. Next, free stock images will be sourced, and if necessary, stock photos may be purchased or the client’s photographic content optimized.

Presentation of the proposal (via conference call or in person). Estimated timeline: 4 weeks from the initial briefing.

Creation and presentation of any additional revisions. Expected delivery within 1 week following the revision request.

Final version definition and client approval.

Delivery of the brochure in PDF format or other formats based on specific needs.

Preparation of files for printing, web versions, and any other requirements.
