Standard Company Profile

Initial briefing to be conducted (via conference call or in person) where information regarding the company and its industry sector will be gathered. The client’s specific needs will be discussed, along with the objectives, messages to convey, and format. All available textual and photographic content provided by the client will be collected. Any examples of Company Profiles from competitors selected by the client will be reviewed to better understand their expectations and preferences.

Creation of a document that outlines the key points from the briefing: objectives, messages, formats, specific needs, list of available materials, and a list of missing materials necessary for the creation of the Company Profile, etc.

Sending the briefing document to the client for approval.

Study and gathering of information related to the industry, along with an analysis of the specific graphic trends being used.

Once the structure is defined, and the draft layout is created, the study and selection of the type of Company Profile, fonts, and colors will take place, followed by the definition of the graphic layout. One to three proposals will be created based on the needs.

Presentation of the proposal (via conference call or in person). Estimated timeline: 3 weeks from the initial briefing.

Creation and presentation of any revisions. Delivery expected within 1 week following the revision request.

Final version defined and approved by the client.

Sending the brochure in PDF format or other formats according to specific requirements.

Preparation of files for printing, web version, and any other specific needs.
