Processing steps

The process will follow these steps:

  1. Initial briefing (via conference call or in person) where information about the company and the relevant industry is collected. The client's specific needs are also discussed and marketing goals are defined.

  2. Creation of a document outlining the key points of the briefing: goals, messages, products, specific needs to be implemented on Amazon, etc.

  3. Sending the briefing document to the client for approval.

  4. Selection of “flagship” products with the corresponding EAN, UPC, or ASIN codes, or request for GTIN exemption if needed.

  5. Market and competitor analysis on Amazon using dedicated software and tools to research keywords and semantically related terms with similar search intent.

  6. Analysis of how and when users search for the company’s products to develop a sales strategy aimed at consistently improving performance.

  7. Drafting all specifications needed to prepare listings (product types, definitions, prices, shipping costs, weight, dimensions, etc.) in a shared spreadsheet with all the information needed for the best commercial setup: key info, variations (if applicable), price, compliance, images, description, keywords, and other details.

  8. Optimization of photographic material, and of the texts and product descriptions provided by the client.

  9. Activation of the Amazon Seller account by uploading all required company documents (identifiers, SKUs, offer details, product details, keywords).

  10. Creation of the product page including title, images, variations, bullet points, description, etc.

  11. Uploading products to your Amazon store inventory, completing flagship listings and uploading the remaining ones.

  12. Monitoring and managing orders, customer feedback, and product compliance.

  13. Adding products to Amazon FBA: products are stored in Amazon's fulfillment centers, picked, packed, and shipped directly by Amazon. FBA also enables the Amazon Prime badge.

  14. Amazon’s Pan-European FBA program enables Amazon to distribute and store products across selected European countries without additional fees.

  15. Registering your brand with Amazon gives access to tools designed to build and protect the brand, providing a better customer experience.

  16. Using the Store Builder within the advertising console, sellers enrolled in the Amazon Brand Registry can create a branded e-commerce storefront on Amazon.

  17. Customizing product pages with A+ content using enhanced text and images to improve the product detail page.

  18. Possibility to create sponsored ads for individual product listings or for the brand and its product catalog.
