Processing steps
The process will follow these steps:
Initial briefing to be conducted (via conference call or in person) in which information about the company and its industry sector will be gathered. The client’s specific needs will also be discussed, and any examples of e-commerce sites selected by the client will be reviewed to understand their expectations and preferences.
Creation of a document outlining the key points from the briefing.
Sending of the briefing document and its approval by the client.
Study and acquisition of information related to the sector, including research on specific design trends used.
Delivery of the company’s graphic material (logo and corporate identity), photographic images, and textual content to be included on the site.
Study of the site architecture and preparation of the sitemap. Estimated time: about one week after the delivery of the graphic, photographic, and textual material.
Presentation of the site architecture and sitemap: discussion and possible modifications.
Client’s signed approval of the e-commerce architecture and sitemap. Any modifications or updates to the e-commerce structure after approval will incur additional costs, ranging from 20%-50%, if development has already begun.
Sending of a list of all the photographic and textual material not yet provided by the client but necessary for the creation of the e-commerce layout.
Delivery of missing content (texts, photos, and videos) from the client. The graphic design of the site will not begin until all necessary content has been delivered.
Design and creation of the graphic layout for all e-commerce pages with corresponding photographic and textual content. Modifications and updates to the layout can be made if requested.
Presentation of the e-commerce graphic proposal in all its parts (via conference call or in person). Estimated time: 2 weeks after the full delivery of all textual and photographic content.
Client’s signed approval of the graphic layout for all pages. Any modifications or updates to the site structure after approval will incur additional costs, ranging from 20%-50%, once development of the interface has started.
Development of the backend and interface for the corporate website and e-commerce, as well as activation of contact forms. Mobile version optimization.

The "Pick Up in Store" component, available in the Enterprise version of the E-box module, allows the customer to place an online order and choose the store, date, and time of pick-up, as well as the payment method (online or in-store). This feature optimizes order management, reduces wait times in-store, and enhances the customer experience.
The Home Delivery is a component of the E-box module that implements the functionality for online purchasing and direct delivery of products purchased from the store or supplier company without intermediaries. This module has a local scope and does not support national or international shipping. After placing the order, the customer can choose the date and time of delivery to their address or another location specified at the time of purchase to receive the goods directly from the company’s staff; the system also allows for selecting the payment method: online or at delivery.
What does the textual content revision consist of for this purchase plan?
The image optimization service for photos provided by the client involves a careful post-production phase. To improve the visual appearance of the institutional pages, the provided images will undergo optimization, which includes resizing, cropping, compression, and color correction techniques to make them more suitable for the web context and site graphics. This intervention applies to all images of the e-commerce but not to product images, which can only be worked on by activating a graphic service contract that can be linked to an hourly package or a custom service.
