Processing steps

The process will follow these steps:

  1. Initial briefing (via conference call or in person) to collect information about the company, its industry, and the client's specific needs. Additionally, any e-commerce examples selected by the client will be reviewed to understand their expectations and preferences.

  2. Creation of a document summarizing the key points of the briefing.

  3. Sending the briefing document for client approval.

  4. Study and collection of information regarding the industry and investigation of specific design trends used.

  5. Delivery of the company's graphic material (logo and coordinated image), photographs, and textual content to be included on the website.

  6. Designing the site’s architecture and preparing the sitemap. Estimated time: around one week once the graphic, photographic, and textual materials are delivered to the client.

  7. Presenting the site architecture and sitemap for discussion and any modifications.

  8. Client's signed approval of the e-commerce architecture and sitemap. Any structural changes to the e-commerce site after approval will incur additional costs, ranging from 20%-50%, if development has already started.

  9. Sending a list of any missing photographic and textual material needed for the layout design of the e-commerce site, which was not previously provided by the client.

  10. Delivery of any missing content (texts, photos, videos) from the client.
    The graphic design of the site will not begin until all the necessary content is delivered.

  11. Designing and creating the layout of all e-commerce pages with corresponding photographic and textual content. Modifications and updates to the layout can be made upon request.

  12. Presentation of the proposed e-commerce design (via conference call or in person). Estimated time: 2 weeks from the delivery of all the required texts and photographs.

  13. Client’s signed approval of the graphic layout of all pages. Any changes or updates to the site structure once approved will incur additional costs, ranging from 20%-50%, if development of the interface has already begun.

  14. Backend and interface development for the institutional site and e-commerce, including activation of contact forms. Mobile version optimization.

  15. Ensuring the e-commerce site is GDPR-compliant (privacy and cookies).

  16. Sharing the demo version of the e-commerce site to verify all pages and functions.

  17. Client's signed approval of the demo version of the e-commerce site.

  18. Activating the hosting service on a Windows Server (additional service not included in the e-commerce development cost).

  19. Installing the SSL certificate for a single domain (additional service not included in the e-commerce development cost).

  20. Launching the e-commerce site. Once the site is live, any structural or content changes will be quoted separately.

  21. Once the e-commerce site is live, technical assistance will be provided for 6 months to resolve any bugs or issues reported by the client. Any structural or content updates to the e-commerce site are not included in the technical assistance and will be quoted separately.
