The process will follow these steps:

  1. The technical support team acquires the client's request, defining the details of the intervention and the type of service requested.

  2. The technical support team sends a quotation for the service on a final balance basis and receives the written confirmation from the client.

  3. The technical support team schedules the intervention based on its urgency and complexity.

  4. The technical support team intervenes promptly to resolve the issue or complete the client's request as quickly as possible.

  5. The technical support team sends a report outlining the key points of the intervention.

  6. The client approves the report and confirms the resolution of the issue or the successful completion of the requested service.

  7. The technical support team closes the service request, followed by the invoicing of the intervention.
