Processing steps

The process will follow these steps:

  1. Initial briefing to be conducted (via conference call or in person) in which information about the company and its industry will be gathered. Additionally, the client's specific needs will be discussed, and selected website examples provided by the client will be reviewed to understand expectations and preferences.

  2. Creation of a document outlining the essential points from the briefing.

  3. Sending of the briefing document for the client's approval.

  4. Research and acquisition of information related to the industry, along with an investigation of specific design trends being used.

  5. Delivery of the company's graphic materials (logo and corporate image), photographic images, and textual content to be included in the site.

  6. Presentation of the site architecture and sitemap: discussion and potential modifications.

  7. Client's signed approval of the site architecture and sitemap. Any changes or updates to the site structure after approval will incur additional costs, ranging from 20%-50%, once development work has already started.

  8. Sending a list of all missing photographic and textual materials necessary for creating the site's graphic layout.

  9. Delivery of content (texts, photos, and videos) by the client.
    The graphic design work will not begin until all required content is fully delivered.

  10. Optimization and post-production of photographic materials provided by the client.

  11. Review of textual content provided by the client for formal and grammatical accuracy.

  12. Design and creation of the graphic layout for all site pages with relevant photographic and textual content. Any modifications or updates to the layout upon the client's request.

  13. Presentation of the site’s graphic proposal in all its parts (via conference call or in person). Estimated time: 2 weeks from the complete delivery of all required textual and photographic content.

  14. Client’s signed approval of the graphic layout for all pages. Any changes or updates to the site structure after approval will incur additional costs, ranging from 20%-50%, once interface development has already started.

  15. Development of the website interface. Creation of all website pages with corresponding photographic and textual content. Mobile version optimization.

  16. Installation of Big-Box and activation of modules: Sitebox (autonomous management of site pages, Blog, news, videos, and events), Dmbox (storage of leads and client database), Multilingual module (up to 5 languages), Reserved Area (restricted access documents), Big-Box (product catalog manager).

  17. Loading of translations. Includes the loading of textual content for the site, excluding products, in the second language (for loading additional languages, the Data Entry service must be purchased).

  18. Compliance of the website with the new GDPR (privacy and cookies).

  19. Initial loading of 5 products (for loading additional products, the Data Entry service must be purchased).

  20. Sharing the demo version of the website for review of all pages and functions, and final confirmation.

  21. Client’s signed approval of the demo version of the website.

  22. Optional installation of the SSL certificate for a single domain (extra service not included in the site development cost).

  23. Activation of hosting service on a Windows Server (extra service not included in the site development cost) and deployment of the website online.

  24. Deployment of the website online. Once the website is live, any structural or content changes will be quoted separately.

  25. Once the website is live, a 6-month technical support service will be activated, covering the resolution of any bugs or issues reported by the client. Any updates or structural changes to the site are not included in technical support and will be quoted separately.

With the Big-Base module, you can manage all the characteristics of your products: technical specifications, descriptions, photographic images, technical drawings, data sheets, specifications, etc. Products can be divided into families, types, ranges, products, models, variants, and so forth. Essentially, through an intuitive interface, it is possible to manage and upload any element related to the product, thereby populating a database that can feed the e-commerce platform, automatic price list and catalog layout tools, offer configurator, reference archive, and more.

If the textual content provided by the client is not formally suitable for inclusion on the website, our staff will take care of correcting, reworking, and making the texts more accessible.

The Enterprise version supports 5 languages, but upon specific request, additional languages can be managed without limitation. Big-box is programmed to handle languages with various alphabets: Chinese, Arabic, Cyrillic, and more.

With the Enterprise version, it is possible to request activation of a reserved area where a series of documents can be made available privately. Document management is organized through a specific section of Big-box or more simply linked to individual products or product categories. It is also possible to specify whether a document should be visible in reserved mode only or not.
