Processing steps
The process will follow these steps:
Initial briefing to be carried out (via conference call or in person) where information about the company, the reference sector will be gathered. Additionally, the client’s specific needs will be heard and any website examples selected by the client will be reviewed to understand their expectations and tastes.
Creation of a document that summarizes the essential points from the briefing.
Sending the briefing document to the client for approval.
Study and acquisition of information about the sector and investigation of specific graphic trends used.
Delivery of the company’s graphic material (logo and coordinated image), photographic images, and text content to be included on the site.
Study of the website architecture and preparation of the sitemap. Estimated time is about one week once the graphic, photographic, and textual materials are delivered to the client.
Presentation of the website architecture and sitemap, discussion, and possible modifications.
Signed approval by the client for the website architecture and sitemap. Any modifications or updates to the website structure after approval will incur additional costs, ranging from 20%-50%, if development work has already started.
Sending a list of all missing photographic and textual materials necessary for the graphic layout of the website.
Optimization and post-production of photographic material provided by the client.

Big-box is a proprietary platform made up of several modules that allow the management of content related to a website and more.
The Sitebox module allows users to independently update their site pages, upload News, Events, and Videos, and insert translations of all textual content. The Dmbox module, on the other hand, enables the archiving of all contact form inquiries and organizing the database of clients and potential clients.
In the Enterprise version, the Big-Base module (Product Database) is active, which allows managing your items/products/services with all technical details, images, descriptions, attached PDFs, etc. Also in the Enterprise version, there is a document area that can be accessed privately.
In addition to these functions, the Big-box platform is designed to meet any customer needs and can be extended to accommodate various specific requirements. Other available modules include E-box (to turn a simple site into an e-commerce platform), Cobox (to integrate the site with an offer configurator), and Pluribox (an automatic layout tool that allows the creation of price lists, catalogs, or simple sheets from the same database).
Through Big-Box, you can manage the translation of all textual content on the site and in the product catalog. In the Premium version, two languages are available, while the Enterprise version supports up to five. Upon specific request, it is possible to add any other language, such as Chinese, Russian, Arabic, etc.
In the Premium version, you can manage textual and photographic content for site pages, translations, archive potential customer contacts and newsletter sign-ups, and more. With this version, it is not possible to autonomously manage the product catalog, which requires the Enterprise version.
Once the customer provides the photographic material to the agency, the quality of the images is checked, and where possible, they will be post-produced to enhance them to their fullest. Afterward, they will be optimized for web use.
In the Premium version, Big-box includes the DMbox module, which allows collecting and archiving any contacts gathered through the information request forms or newsletter sign-ups. Dmbox also allows managing customer and potential client databases.
Once the site is completed and online, a training session will be organized by one of our trainers and the internal person responsible for managing the site, through screen sharing. The expected duration is about one hour, given the ease of managing the CMS Big-box. Our staff will remain available for the following 6 months in case any doubts or difficulties arise in using the platform.
