The process will follow these steps:
Initial briefing to be held (via conference call or in person) to gather information about the company, the industry, and specific client needs. Additionally, any examples of websites selected by the client will be reviewed to understand their expectations and preferences.
Creation of a document summarizing the key points of the briefing.
Sending the briefing document to the client for approval.
Study and gathering of information related to the industry and analysis of current graphic design trends.
Delivery of the company’s graphic material (logo and corporate identity), photographic images, and textual content to be included in the website.
Designing the website architecture and preparing the sitemap. Estimated time: approximately one week, once all graphic, photographic, and textual content is provided by the client.
Presentation of the website architecture and sitemap: discussion and any necessary revisions.
Client’s formal approval of the website architecture and sitemap. Any changes or updates to the site structure after approval will incur additional costs, ranging from 20% to 50%, if development has already begun.
Sending a list of all photographic and textual content not yet provided by the client but necessary for the creation of the website's graphic layout.
Delivery of any missing content (texts, photos, and videos) from the client. The design phase of the website will not commence until all necessary content has been fully delivered.
Design and development of the graphic layout for all pages of the website, incorporating the relevant photographic and textual content. Any requested modifications or updates to the layout will be implemented.

A website developed with the Standard purchase plan, unlike the Premium or Enterprise plans, does not include the Big-Box CMS installation, and therefore does not allow for independent management of textual or photographic content on the pages. Updates will be carried out by the OIS agency when necessary. Relying on the agency for site management ensures better quality, both graphically and content-wise. It means having a team of professionals always available, guaranteeing quick, accurate, and optimized management. You can access the website update service by activating a support package, which allows you to purchase a set number of hours to be used over time according to your needs.
Since the Big-Box CMS is not installed on the Standard website, it is not possible to manage the product catalog and related product pages independently. The management of product updates and the data entry of new products can be done by the OIS agency. Their website update service is available to clients who have activated a support package that provides a set number of hours, depending on the purchase plan, which can be used as needed.
The data of clients who fill out a request form will be sent to an email address provided by the client. If you wish to have an archive system for tracking contact or information requests, it is necessary to activate the DMbox module, which allows the storage and management of potential client information, and can even categorize them into specific lists if needed. The activation of this module is only possible with the Premium and Enterprise purchase plans.
